What is Consultant Pharmacist AIChat?

An AI chat for general, educational medication questions. It is not medical advice, not a licensed pharmacist, and not a substitute for your own pharmacist or prescriber. Do not enter protected health information (PHI) or anything that identifies a patient.

How much does it cost?

$9.99 USD per month, renewing monthly until you cancel. On the website it is billed by Stripe. In the iPhone app it is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Reading the chat page is free; sending questions needs a subscription.

How do promo codes work?

You can enter a promo code on the Stripe checkout page, or open a promo link you were given (for example jqgrowllc.com/chat?promo=CODE) to apply it automatically. The free pilot month (PILOT30) can be used once per email and requires your email before checkout. A card is still collected, and the subscription renews at $9.99 USD per month after the free month unless you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage or cancel subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card, and see invoices. Canceling stops future renewals.

Subscribed in the iPhone app? Apple bills that subscription, so cancel it in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. This cancels any subscription billed through the website immediately and deletes your account data. Apple subscriptions from the iPhone app are not canceled by deleting your account; cancel them in iPhone Settings first. You can also email jqgrowllc@gmail.com to ask for deletion. How do I sign in?

Create a free account on the Sign up page with your email and a password (at least 8 characters), then subscribe from the chat page. If you subscribed without an account, you are signed in after checkout and can set a password on the confirmation page. Next time, sign in on the Sign in page with that email and password. You stay signed in for up to 90 days on the same device while you keep using it.

I forgot my password

There is no automatic password reset email yet. If you are still signed in, set a new password on your Account page. If you are signed out, email jqgrowllc@gmail.com from your account email and we will help you get back in.

What happens to my data?

Your questions are sent to xAI to generate answers and are not saved in our database; we keep your email, subscription status, and a daily question count. Payments are handled by Stripe. Read the full privacy policy.
