JQ Grow Consult is operated by JQ GROW LLC in Colorado Springs. This notice covers jqgrowllc.com and Consultant Pharmacist AIChat, including the Consultant Pharmacist AIChat app for iPhone, which uses the same service, account, and this same policy.

What we store

• The email address you use to subscribe or sign in.
• A password hash if you set a password (we do not store the password itself).
• Subscription status, whether billing is through Stripe (website) or Apple (iPhone app), the current billing period end, whether auto-renew is off, and the related Stripe identifiers or Apple original transaction id.
• A daily count of questions you send, used only to cap usage. The text of your questions and answers is not saved in our database.
• If you use the free pilot month (promo code PILOT30): your email, the redemption date, and the related Stripe identifiers, so the pilot can be used only once per email.
• Hire requests: name, email, what you need, and a rough hour estimate, so Brian Tapley can follow up on live informatics work ($250 USD per hour).
• A sign-in cookie (jqgrow_session) that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days, renewed while you keep using the service.

Service providers

• xAI: your chat questions, together with the earlier messages in that conversation, are sent to xAI to generate answers. Do not enter protected health information or anything that identifies a patient. Consultant Pharmacist AIChat is not a medical record.
• Stripe: handles website payments and the billing portal. JQ GROW LLC never sees your full card number.
• Apple and RevenueCat: subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. RevenueCat processes those in-app purchases and tells our server when a subscription starts, renews, is canceled, or expires. RevenueCat identifies you by your account email. JQ GROW LLC does not receive your Apple payment details.
• Resend: delivers hire and team pilot requests to JQ GROW LLC by email. Those requests include what you type into the form.
• Turso: hosts the database that holds the account data listed above.
• Vercel: hosts the website and keeps standard server request logs.

Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and collects usage data (pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the page you came from) and device data (browser, operating system, screen size, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address). We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not send your email, account details, or chat questions to Google Analytics.

To opt out, block or delete cookies in your browser, use a content blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google's own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings (Delete account). Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription billed through this website (Stripe), so you will not be charged again, and deletes your account, password hash, and chat usage data from our database. Your pilot data is reduced to your email and the redemption date (Stripe identifiers are removed); we keep that minimal record only so the free pilot month can be used once per email. Stripe keeps payment and billing records as required by law. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple and must be canceled in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; deleting your account does not cancel them. Apple and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records.

You can also ask us to delete your account, or a hire or pilot request you sent, by emailing jqgrowllc@gmail.com from the email address on the account.

Payments

Website payments are handled by Stripe; JQ GROW LLC does not see your full card number, and you can manage or cancel in the Stripe billing portal from your Account page. iPhone app subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
